Health Screenings




   Biometric health screenings done at the work-site. Rush Health's screenings    include pre-registration through a secure web-site; outreach to high risk    employees by a physician, and follow-up coaching by a nurse.
Cardiometabolic Health Screening
Combines biometric screenings with a heart
health history to assess risk for heart disease,
diabetes or pre-diabetes. The cardiometabolic
screening includes:
  • Blood draw for fasting glucose,
        total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides
  • Measure of resting blood pressure
  • Height/weight measures for BMI calculation
  • Waist circumference measures
  • Heart health history questionnaire
  • Confidential HIPAA compliant results
